It's been one hell of a crazy week, and its finally started to settle down a bit so ill share some thoughts and happenings of the past week.
So i left Sydney last Wednesday 25th May, spent about 27hrs in transit before i got to Vancouver, with a 6hr stopover in Auckland where i Met up with Mikey a good friend who i met while working in Scotland. It was a pretty amusing flight to Vancouver, it seemed like a few of the flight attendants had decided to raid the onboard Mini-Bar, they had no idea what they were doing and couldnt manage some of the simplest tasks. Canada as a county has been the hardest one so far to get into ive never been asked so many in depth questions by Customs officials, i literally thought they were going to get the strip search going they may have been a bit confused because i told them i was going to Saskatoon....

Spent the majority of my time in Vancouver catching up on some sleep and having a few sly drinks, met up with a few friends i'd met while traveling over the past few years. Going on  Mad Dog Mcnutt's Vancouver lumberjack tour where i think he learnt more than i did, ending up in a lesbian bar near main & hastings. Bumping into all sort of interesting and mentally disturbed characters, like the man who yelled ''Dan Akroyd, Burn in Hell. The revolution has begun!'' while waltzing down the street.. My hostel roommate who was spending 3 full days busing it to Toronto, and thought it would be fine not to shower as long as she had wet wipes.....ewww right? The token bogan annoying drunken yobbo Australian who watches the state of origin and thinks he's awesome but he's actually an annoyance to our whole nation. And the whole town smells of reefer every now and again which is amusing. It was pretty fun i drank a wee bit too much and may have spent money on the peelers.
 I then headed towards Saskatoon with Mikey to meet up with Graham, my old roomie from Edinburgh who i hadnt seen in over two years. A lot of people here and abroad have been asking me, ''why the hell are you going to Saskatoon, there's nothing there, you could see you dog run  away for three days it's that flat'' But i have to say its a pretty awesome place, i met a lot of nice people, had a lot of fun, tried to drink caesars which is this awful drink with clamato juice and vodka, i despise it. I'd rather drink hot sauce while eating hot coals, spending time trying to play rockband......im no good at it Now im in Prince Albert at Grahams pad, where its nice and serene, he has an amusing cat which i think might be slightly high on catnip 90% of the time. I'm not addicted to a british comedy called peep show and i saw my first skunk today while we were driving around the back country looking for buffalo.
